The Ashcroft Room
This room is named after Dame Peggy Ashcroft, who gave the opening performance at Theatreroom in 1979.
She set the bar high for the stars who followed, and remained a hero to Theatrebarn’s founders, James Wellman and David Swift.
Our largest ceremony room (apart from the Theatre itself!), it can also be used year-round as an extension to the Owl Barn, or for more intimate workshops, meetings, presentations, exhibitions and more…
LICENSED FOR WEDDINGS
The Scofield Room
The Scofield Room takes its name from another Oscar-winning star who performed at Theatrebarn in the time of its founders, James Wellman and David Swift.
Also licenced for weddings, it is perfect for intimate ceremonies and smaller gatherings. Like all of our spaces, this room can be used as an add on to complete whatever you have planned or can be hired as a stand-alone space.
